Magic Moments Early Learning Center was founded in 2002 and set the standard for early childhood education in the Rosedale and Owings Mills, Maryland areas. We want to create a warm, secure, and stimulating environment for children to foster those skills desired for learning throughout one's lifetime.
We aim to excite a love for learning within each child. Quality childcare combined with educational programming is also essential in our view. We believe that every child must reach his/her full potential in a safe and supportive environment.
